Monday - Thursday 10am - 4:30pm (AWST). If you do require work outside these hours, I am always open to discussing as I know all businesses are unique.

If you have an urgent task, I do offer a rush rate.

We communicate via email, scheduled phone calls, Google Meet chats and secure communication platforms (I enjoy using WhatsApp). To keep on top of projects and due dates, I enjoy using the project management tool Asana, but I can always learn your PM tool if you are more comfortable with it. If you have never used a PM tool before, I will send you a quick tutorial I have created and we are away! It’s exactly as though we were in an office, without you actually having to cost one, or a full time employee to do the work - it’s the best way to run this side of your business!

I offer hourly packages which can be used over a 4 week period. My rates include:

+ Casual hourly rate - $60 p/h

+ 20 hours over 4 weeks - $55 p/h

+ 40 hours over 4 weeks- $50 p /h

+ Rush rate (for those urgent tasks)

/24 hour turn around - $80 p/h

/48 hour turn around - $70 p/h

These hourly packages are purchased prior to the work being started and can be used how you want! For example, 3 hours the first week, 7 hours the next - as long as it’s been confirmed!

If you only require a one off task, I offer my casual hourly rate.

Absolutely! I offer a one month trial for all clients (3 months for social media). This gives both of us a chance to see how each other works and create systems and processes for smooth sailing. I will set Key Performances Indicators for the end of the one month trial and we will have a video call to see what is working and where we can improve.

Yes! That is the majority of my work.

After our discovery call, I will create you a package which includes all the tasks you need done daily, weekly, monthly - without you having to worry about everything that comes with actually hiring a full time employee. You simply pay for the work you need done - genius!

We will work out how and when is best to service your business needs, and I get to work.
